2022 Volunteer of the Year
Volunteers are the life blood of the FreeStore. We have around 120 volunteers and at least half of them are active. Many are long time volunteers having served for 5 years or more.
We have many needs to operate the FreeStore and we are 100% volunteer. The Get Involved section of this website lists some of the volunteer opportunities available.
While we try to lift up volunteers throughout the year, we do some specific recognition at our Annual Meeting held in the Spring each year.
10 Year Service Award
We have many long time volunteers. To date we have honored 32 volunteers with this award.
Volunteer of the Year Award
This award was begun in 2019 to recognize individuals who have gone above and beyond in service to the mission of the FreeStore.
